PM-USP Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students (CSSS) is a merit-cum-means scholarship scheme of the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.
Academic Year 2026-27 ke liye National Scholarship Portal (NSP) par PM-USP CSSS ki renewal application process available hai. Students ko application submit karne se pehle official NSP par apni eligibility aur renewal requirements check karni chahiye.
Important: 2026-27 ke liye NSP announcement ke अनुसार PM-USP CSSS renewal applications open hain. Student application ki closing date 31 October 2026 hai.

PM-USP CSSS Scholarship Amount
Official Ministry information ke according PM-USP Central Sector Scholarship mein scholarship amount course/year ke according diya jata hai.

Scholarship amount eligible beneficiaries ko Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) ke through bank account mein transfer kiya jata hai.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate ne Class 12 examination mein apne respective Board/stream ke successful candidates ke top 20th percentile mein hona chahiye.
- Candidate recognised institution/university mein regular course pursue kar raha/rahi hona chahiye.
- Family income ₹4.5 lakh per annum tak honi chahiye.
- Candidate kisi other scholarship ya fee reimbursement ka benefit simultaneously nahi le raha hona chahiye, subject to official scheme rules.
- Diploma students is scheme ke liye eligible nahi hain.
- Class 12 ke baad drop lene wale students ke liye official FAQ ke eligibility rules apply honge.
- Candidate ko PM-USP CSSS ke applicable course, institution aur renewal conditions fulfil karni hongi.

OTR Registration
National Scholarship Portal par scholarship avail karne ke liye One Time Registration (OTR) mandatory hai. NSP ke according OTR candidate ko ek unique number provide karta hai jo academic career ke liye applicable hota hai.
Note: Agar aapke paas pehle se OTR hai, to application/renewal process mein apne existing OTR details ka use karein.
